3. How We Use Your Information

• To create, manage, and secure your FlexWork account.
• To enable applications and deliver your application data to the employer for the position you applied to.
• To operate core platform features (dashboards, application tracking, exports, and notifications).
• To process payments and manage publishing access for employers (where applicable).

• Applications and uploaded documents are intended to be accessible only to the employer(s) you apply to and authorized platform administrators.

• Uploads may be checked for safety (including virus scanning where enabled).
• We do not sell your personal information.

5. Sharing Your Information

• Your application and relevant profile details are shared with an employer only when you apply for a position.
• Employers do not get access to your private documents unless you submit them as part of your application for that position.
• We may use service providers to operate FlexWork (for example, hosting, email delivery, analytics, or payment processing). They process data only as needed to provide their services.
• We may disclose data if required by law, regulation, subpoena, or other legal process.
• We may share aggregated or anonymized data that does not identify you personally.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the platform, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
