1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using FlexWork (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. What FlexWork Is
- FlexWork is software that helps employers publish positions and manage applications in a private workspace.
- FlexWork is not a recruitment agency and does not make hiring decisions.
- Employers are responsible for their job posts, screening, communication, and hiring outcomes.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Employers represent that they are authorized to act on behalf of their organization.
4. Accounts
- You agree to provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.
- You must not share access or allow unauthorized use of your account.
5. Acceptable Use
- Use FlexWork only for lawful hiring and job application activities.
- Do not post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
- Do not post discriminatory, harassing, or abusive content.
- Do not upload malware or harmful files. (Uploads may be scanned for safety where enabled.)
- Do not attempt to disrupt the Platform, scrape private data, or bypass access controls.
6. Employer & Position Posting Terms
- All position listings must be legitimate, accurately described, and comply with applicable laws.
- Employers are responsible for the hiring process and decisions.
- We may remove, restrict, or disable content that violates these Terms or creates platform risk.
- Publishing a position may be time-bound by the selected plan duration.
7. Fees, Payments, and Refunds
- Creating a position may be free; payment is required when publishing (where applicable).
- Fees are for time-bound access to the FlexWork platform (software access), not for hiring outcomes.
- Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once access is activated (publish).

8. Intellectual Property
FlexWork’s platform, branding, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they submit, but grant FlexWork a non-exclusive license to host and display that content as required to operate the Platform.
9. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.
- You may close your account at any time from your profile settings (where available).
10. Disclaimers
- The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”.
- We do not guarantee employment, hires, matches, or uninterrupted service.
- We are not responsible for user content, employer decisions, or hiring outcomes.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlexWork is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and material changes may be communicated via the Platform.
