1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using FlexWork (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use FlexWork. Employers and recruiters represent and warrant that they are authorized to act on behalf of their organization.
3. Account Registration
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
- You agree not to share your login details or allow unauthorized access to your account.
4. Acceptable Use
- You may only use FlexWork for lawful purposes, including job searching or hiring.
- You may not post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- You may not post discriminatory, harassing, or abusive content.
- You may not upload viruses, malware, or harmful files. (All uploaded documents are scanned for security.)
5. Employer & Job Posting Terms
- All job listings must be legitimate, accurately described, and compliant with applicable labor laws.
- Employers are responsible for ensuring their job posts comply with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- We reserve the right to review, modify, or reject any job post at our discretion.
- Payments for premium listings and add-ons are non-refundable once the post is published.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on FlexWork, including branding, code, design, and text, is protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they create and submit but grant FlexWork a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content on the platform.
7. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
- You may close your account at any time in your profile settings or by contacting us.
8. Disclaimers
- FlexWork is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee employment, job matches, or uninterrupted service.
- We are not responsible for the actions, content, or decisions of users, employers, or third parties.
- All hiring decisions are made solely by employers and job seekers.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlexWork and its owners, partners, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in technology, law, or our services. Updates will be posted here, and significant changes may be communicated via email or site notification.
