Description
We are looking for a Cash Applications Specialist who will support daily cash application operations, including payment research, reconciliation, and resolution of payment inquiries across multiple systems.
This is a temporary position through June 2026, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment with high transaction volumes.
Qualifications
- <li>Prior office or administrative experience in a finance, accounting, or operations environment preferred.</li> <li>Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables).</li> <li>Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data, dashboards, and multiple systems.</li> <li>Quick learner with the ability to navigate new tools and processes efficiently.</li> <li>Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and organization.</li> <li>Strong written communication skills and professional email etiquette.</li> <li>Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li>
