<p><strong>This position reports to the Senior Imports Controller</strong></p>
<p><strong>Purpose of the role: </strong>This role is responsible for accurate data entry, documentation processing, and administrative support for international freight forwarding operations.</p>
<p><strong>Your responsibilities can include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Process and input shipment data into freight forwarding systems</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of shipment status and tracking information</li>
<li> Generate reports and documentation for customs clearance</li>
<li>Liaise with clients regarding shipment status and documentation requirements</li>
<li>Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and logistics partners</li>
<li>Ensure all documentation complies with international trade regulations</li>
<li>Support month-end reporting and reconciliation processes</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications and experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Matric Certificate</li>
<li>Preferred: Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field</li>
<li>1-2 years experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or related field</li>
<li> Experience with freight forwarding software systems<br>(CargoWise)</li>
</ul>
