At TFS, "Uniquely You" meets "Powerfully Us", where your individuality strengthens our collective mission.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>This position reports to the National Franchise Operations Manager</strong></p> <p><strong>Your responsibilities can include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assisting in the setting up of SOP’s for all clients across the delivery platform</li> <li>Constantly monitor and upgrade SOP’s where necessary</li> <li>Assist with the training and set up of new Franchises</li> <li>Train SOP’s at a Franchisee level</li> <li>Monitor, manage and maintain the required Franchise service levels</li> <li>Adherence of Franchisees to Hub Setup Manual and Franchise Agreement</li> <li>Set and manage KPI’s at Franchise level</li> <li>Regular audits to assess and measure process and execution performance</li> <li>Local travel in and around an allocated region, as well as traveling to allocated regional hubs&nbsp;quarterly</li> <li>Driving the company policies, procedures and brand standards through regular auditing&nbsp;processes</li> <li>Train and guide Franchisees towards improved business operations, act as a consultant to the&nbsp;Franchisee to drive business improvement and success</li> <li>Assist Franchisees in the training of their employees</li> <li>Monitoring and measuring hub performance and productivity against their required Service Level&nbsp;Agreement’s through system checks and reporting analysis</li> <li>Presenting solutions to solve problems to help drive the momentum and success of the Franchise&nbsp;businesses</li> <li>A Franchise Manager must be the ‘protector of the brand’ at all times, working towards brand&nbsp;recognition and business growth</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Matric (grade 12) certificate or similar</li> <li>3 years top management experience</li> <li>Microsoft Office experience in word, excel and PowerPoint</li> <li>Training experience will be beneficial</li> <li>Operational experience managing national or regional operations</li> <li>Previous hospitality/retail Franchise working experience will be advantageous</li> <li>Previous experience in the logistics industry is not required</li> <li>Proven track record in delivery and execution</li> <li>IT or tech savvy will be advantageous</li> </ul> <p><strong>Attributes required :</strong></p> <ul> <li>High energy, self-starter</li> <li>Execution bias</li> <li>Understand how technology works for business</li> <li>Project Management</li> <li>System and process orientated</li> <li>Attention to detail while still seeing the bigger picture</li> <li>Understand convenience and customer service</li> <li>Strong analytical and critical thinking, ability to use data to make informed decisions, identify the&nbsp;root cause and resolve problems</li> <li>Comfortable with change and an excellent team player</li> <li>Low on ego, high on delivery and execution</li> <li>Organization and sound communication will be key success factors of a Franchise Manager</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Join TFS:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Purpose-driven impact</strong>: Transform lives through logistics innovation</li> <li><strong>Advanced technology: </strong>Work with cutting-edge systems in a fast-paced environment</li> <li><strong>Career growth: </strong>Thrive in an agile space that champions continuous improvement</li> <li><strong>Inclusive culture</strong>: Your unique perspective drives extraordinary results</li> </ul> <p>At TFS, your growth is our growth.
