Description

We are seeking remote L3 Systems Administrator to join our team in Philippines. We are looking for a motivated and experienced L3 Systems Administrator to join our managed services team. As a Systems Administrator, you will interact with clients to help design, manage and troubleshoot their IT systems and serve as an escalation point for L1 and L2 technicians. You will have a wide range of experience with different systems, a passion for learning new technologies, and a keen attention to detail. You should enjoy solving complex technical problems and helping clients get the most out of their IT.

Qualifications

<li>University or college degree in IT or related field is preferred</li> <li>10+ years experience working in IT Industry</li> <li>2+ years minimum experience working at a managed IT services provider (MSP) in a System Administrator capacity</li> <li>Obtained industry certifications such as Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Palo Alto, Veeam </li> <li>Be proactive in nature, identifying problems in advance and looking for continuous service improvement opportunities</li> <li>Ability to multi-task with multiple clients under tight deadlines</li> <li>Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues is required</li> <li>Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment</li> <li>Possess and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Possess and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills is a must as this is a customer- facing role</li> <li>Proven technical, analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Highly self-motivated and directed with a passion for technology and IT</li> <div> </div>
