Your responsibilities will include: <ul> <li>Identify and prioritise suitable partners for the Mr D platform</li> <li>Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline</li> <li>Own the partner sign-up process</li> <li>Operate as the lead point of contact for shops partners</li> <li>Strengthen relationships with partners and monitor their business and store performance</li> <li>Ensure timeous and effective solutions and feedback to partners</li> <li>Ensure strict partner visit standards are maintained</li> <li>Source promotions from partners that align with business objectives</li> <li>Deliver against hub and regional advertising goals </li> <li>Educate partners on available advertising tools and ensure uptake across a portfolio of partners </li> </ul> Attributes required: <ul> <li>Excellent communication skills</li> <li>A highly customer-focused mindset and consultative sales approach</li> <li>Excellent negotiation and closing skills</li> <li>Exhibit the ability to self motivate</li> <li>Extremely competitive and relentless</li> <li>A love for winning</li> <li>Ability to work and keep up in a fast paced environment</li> <li>Accurate</li> <li>Must have own transport and drivers license</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>Experience in marketplace, ecommerce SAAS or retail sales</li> <li>Minimum 2 year Prior sales experience</li> <li>Proficiency in using CRM tools (Not essential)</li> <li>Prior experience in the hospitality industry (Not essential)</li> <li>Tertiary qualification (Not essential)</li> </ul> Let’s talk about life @ Mr D <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">The power is in your hands: We offer a market-related, Total Remuneration Package which allows full flexibility according to your needs.
