This is a remote, work from home position. We are seeking a Product Support Specialist CSR in the Philippines.
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and assist our valued customers in resolving their inquiries and concerns. If you are a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a strong drive to excel, we want to hear from you!

Requirements
- <li>A minimum of 3 years of customer service/<strong> technical support experience</strong>, preferably in a contact center or similar environment.</li> <li>Must have an experience using Zendesk.</li> <li>Fluent in both English both spoken and written.</li> <li>Possess their own laptop/desktop that meets the minimum requirements (Processor: minimum i5, RAM: minimum 8GB).</li> <li>Stable and reliable internet connection.</li> <li>Strong computer skills and proficiency in various software applications.</li> <li>A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help customers.</li>
