• <li>Proven connections within the real estate industry (mandatory)</li><li>Experience working with or selling to:</li><li>General Partners (GPs)</li><li>Real estate funds or syndicators</li><li>Investor-facing platforms or services</li><li>Strong understanding of how GPs communicate with LPs and investors.</li><li>Comfortable operating independently in a remote environment.</li><li>Highly motivated by commission, ownership mindset, and upside.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Experience in SaaS, PropTech, FinTech, or financial services — strong advantage.</li>
