Job alerts: save a search, get notified

Watching for new opportunities is tiring when you have to search the same terms every day. Save the search that matters and let FlexWork tell you when new matching opportunities appear.

1

Run the search that matches what you want

Search by role, location, work mode and employment type until the results look like the opportunities you actually want. Those criteria become your alert.

2

Save the search

Save the search once from your workspace. FlexWork keeps your saved searches so you can rerun them and manage them in one place.

3

Get alerted when new matches appear

When new opportunities matching your saved criteria are published, FlexWork lets you know. You stop refreshing the same page and start reacting to what is actually new.

4

Review and adjust your alerts

Alerts are not permanent commitments. Widen or narrow them as your search changes, and delete the ones you no longer need from the saved-searches area.

Common questions

Are job alerts free on FlexWork? +

Basic alerts are part of the free account. Paid plans add stronger monitoring, personalised recommendations and deadline reminders for active candidates.

How soon will I hear about new jobs? +

Alerts fire as matching opportunities are published. The saved-search refresh runs on a schedule, so you are notified when new matches exist rather than being expected to check manually.

Can I have more than one alert? +

Yes. You can save multiple searches — for example one for your role in your city and another for remote work — and manage them all from your saved-searches area.
