Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver outcomes aligned to roadmap.
• Own day-to-day execution and report progress in weekly stand-ups.
• Maintain high quality via code reviews and lightweight documentation.
• Measure impact; propose experiments and iterate quickly.

Requirements

• Senior experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency with: Zendesk, SLA, Help Center.
• Clear written & verbal communication.
• Ability to work onsite with the team.
