Refund Policy

1. What you’re paying for

FlexWork is software that gives you time-bound access to a hiring workspace for a specific position: a public position page + a private employer workspace. Payment is taken only when you publish.

2. Non-refundable once published

Once you publish and access is activated, fees are non-refundable. This is because the purchase is for immediate access to the platform for a fixed time window (30 / 45 / 60 days), and that access begins immediately on publish.

3. Limited exceptions

  • Duplicate charge: If you were charged twice for the same publish action.
  • Billing error: If we confirm a platform or payment processing error caused an incorrect charge.
  • Failed publish (no access activated): If payment succeeded but the position did not publish and access was not granted.

If an exception applies, we’ll either fix the publish/access issue or process a refund/credit where appropriate.
